Because SKYAA soaps are handcrafted skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a clear product issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly review your case and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
SKYAA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
