Within Canada, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Handmade nature
All SKYAA soaps are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in color, size, or texture are normal and are part of the character of an artisanal product.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number. You can also contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
